Our clinic will be open by appointment only on select days for Community Medicine Days. These dates will allow qualifying clients to book appointments for various veterinary services. Please read through the information below. We proudly serve those who meet the following qualifications:
Residents of East Chicago, Gary, Hammond, or Merrillville, Indiana
Income-eligible households receiving government assistance, including:
SNAP (Food Assistance)
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
Medicaid
Social Security Disability
Unemployment benefits
Public Housing Assistance (Section 8 / HCV)
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP)
Social Security Income (SSI)
Other proof of low household income
Active Military or Veterans with valid military I.D.
First Responders
Owners of pitbulls and pitbull mixes
PETS MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED to participate in Community Medicine Days. To book a Spay/Neuter appointment, CLICK HERE.

Arrive 15 minutes early to check in, leaving your pet in the vehicle until asked to bring them inside.
Dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier with a well-fitting collar (NO prong collars).
Cats must be in a secure carrier.
Bring any PREVIOUS MEDICAL RECORDS you may have for your pet.
Cash, credit, or debit ONLY. Checks or Care Credit/other Veterinary Financing Assistance not accepted. Payment due at the time of services rendered.
